The primary focus of the role will be to take orders and then serve breakfast and meals throughout the day to our guests who chose to dine in their bedrooms, ensuring that we deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service to every guest. We are looking for candidates with a good all-round knowledge of food and beverage and someone who is passionate about sharing this knowledge with guests and colleagues alike. You will need to enjoy early mornings with shifts starting from 06:00, but also be happy to work on the evening shift to ensure our guests end their day with the perfect experience too! You’ll have a great eye for detail, fantastic customer service skills and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
