We have a fantastic opportunity for a Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our expanding team. As the prestigious and luxurious brand that we are, we are focused on wellness and wellbeing, you can be assured your area of work will be reflective of this.

As a Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for;

• Creating an environment where your team aspire to achieve the highest of standards of cleanliness
• Supporting your teams with training and development, this is largely e-learning
• Ensuring maintenance spotting and development of maintenance programme is completed and adhered to.
• All contracts held in respect to laundry services, contractors and other agreements within the housekeeping framework
• Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the Health Resort, its services, facilities, layout and procedures
• Maintaining effective communication links with all staff and departments, ensuring guests requirements are met to a 5* standard
• Exhibiting good communication skills with the ability to solve problems to assist in the operation of the Resort.  This includes conducting regular staff meetings informing staff of relevant information
• Maintaining efficient stock control procedures to ensure cost effective use of products and related housekeeping resources.
• Maintaining a professional approach to training and be committed to improving standards of self and other employees
