As Front of House Porter you will be responsible for giving ultimate customer service to guests and ensure the highest standard of customer care are maintained in line with company standards.
You will be there to check in guests on arrival and complete the correct registration procedure including providing tours and explaining the welcome pack.
You will support both the Reception team and other areas to ensure that all guests are supported during their stay or visit.
The guest experience we offer is of paramount importance to us so you will be able to demonstrate great customer service and ensure you are polite, friendly and helpful at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
You will have a high attention to detail, be available to work evenings and weekends and thrive working within a customer focused environment.

Weekend working is on a rota basis and you will initially be required to work 3 weekends out of 4 but over time this requirement will be reduced.
