Receptionist - Westcliff
GENTING CASINO WESTCLIFF is currently looking for friendly and efficient Receptionists to join their dynamic admin team on a full-time & part-time basis. We are looking to appoint multi-skilled individuals who can rise to the challenge of this lively casino and further their career with this exciting opportunity. This role will involve working a variety of shifts across a 40-hour week, so a flexible and can-do attitude is essential!
Key Competencies:
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and guests
- Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas
- Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Good IT skills
- Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial
