POSITION SUMMARY

 

Fixed Term Contract June - September 2021  Hours  of work (9am to 2.45pm with some possible flexibility to suite applicant)

To prepare staff meals to a high standard. To ensure that the Staff Restaurant is kept clean and maintained on a daily basis.  Cutlery tray to be washed each day and stocked with clean, polished cutlery.  Plate warmer to be cleaned each day and stocked with clean polished crockery. Hot & cold buffet displays to be cleaned each day before stocking with food and presented in line with Health, Safety & Hygiene regulations and company standards. Table tops and chairs to be cleaned daily. Associate Stairs and entrance area is kept clean as well as ladies and gents toilets, locker rooms and smoking/ back canteen area.

• Ensure that the cleaning schedule is adhered to and standards of Health & Hygiene are maintained.
• Ensure that the Staff Restaurant is thoroughly cleaned including walls, floor and equipment, cutlery and crockery
• Ensure that all breakages and spillages are immediately cleaned up to prevent accidents.
• Ensure that at the end of every session, tables are cleared and cleaned.
• Ensure that the cleaning schedules are adhered to, signed and recorded in line with the food safety policy.
• Ensure cleaning rotas/documentation are adhered to and signed.
