About you

You're an experienced Test professional with a solid understanding of Testing methodology and techniques and with a proven background in Test Automation.

You're excited by technology and are looking for an opportunity to build software with like-minded individuals in a relaxed environment. You're a great communicator who enjoys collaborating with your colleagues to achieve your shared goals.

Your strong analytical skills combined with your passion for testing means you're highly motivated to continually improve the quality and frequency of our software releases.

You'll maintain a flexible approach to working, responding quickly and positively to the fast-paced and changing needs of our business. You'll be self-organising and will love the high degree of autonomy you are given.

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

You have a strong background in software testing

You have a proven background in Test Automation

You have experience working within an agile/lean environment

You have a full understanding of the practical aspects of Scrum

You're knowledgeable about the latest best practices in software testing

You're passionate about delivering high quality solutions that increase customer experience

Essential

Experience with test automation technologies such as Selenium Webdriver

C#, JavaScript programming language

Experience with the Microsoft Testing Suite (Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops)

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

You are self-motivated and have a lot to contribute to the team

You're an excellent verbal and written communicator

You're able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet specific deadlines

You embrace change and remain calm under pressure

Desirable

Experience with using test automation tool, Ranorex

Experience with using test automation tool, Browser Stack

Database skills e.g. SQL

ISTQB qualification
