We are a young dynamic leisure operator with a small Head Office based in peaceful and picturesque surroundings in Ranmore.

About Red Kangaroo Trampoline Parks:

RedKangaroo has a whole host of super-bouncy, super-sized interconnecting trampolines plus more air-bound activities and state-of-the-art equipment than in other UK park! It’s a great place to take the kids to in Reading, Nottingham or Coventry, whatever the weather.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Your own transport such as a car or motorbike as our office has no public transport links. 

Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:30

Our office is based in Ranmore and does not have public transport links, so you will need your own transport.
