Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £28k upwards, depending on experience. Plus bonus, workplace pension scheme, discounts in all venues and other incentives.

The Venues?
We currently have 5 venues across Soho, Spitalfields and Camden in London and are opening another in Clapham in a few weeks. Our fabulous menus range from fresh, seasonal British all-day dining to delicious homemade, free-range rotisserie chicken and burgers depending on the venue. Our venues are exciting, fresh, modern and we always strive to serve the best food & drinks for a memorable customer experience.
The role?
We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role, with a lot of creativity and bags of banter. As a Sous Chef your main responsibility will be to impress customers, support your Head Chef and be a great team leader. You will be incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry, a team player and have the enthusiasm to bring only the best food to the table. We are looking for people who want to progress and will be our future Head Chefs as we grow our venue portfolio.
Requirements?
· Great communication skills & work well with Management as a whole team
· Proven track record of previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
· Trained in HACCP
· Level 2 Hygiene
· The desire to develop your career and grow your knowledge
· Works well under pressure
· Loyal, honest & respectful
