This senior management position will take-on full membership sales responsibility and enjoy a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the company.

You will have progressed your sales career into regional and national sales management over time so the tactical requirement to drive performance is of second nature to you. The result of this progression almost guarantees that you're unconsciously competent to know which lever to pull (and when) through your own experiences, plus you'll possess a playbook that has been forged on the front-line amid the thousands of hours spent in sales leadership.

The strategic requirement in driving performance means that you will have learnt how to utilise adaptive pricing strategies that maximise yield per member whilst as the same time ensuring both margin and collections are favourable. A full and complete understanding of sales training methodologies, the management of headcount pipeline, incentive creation, and the coaching of high-performers complements your enviable toolbox of ability.
