Chef de Partie
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team at J Sheekey, part of Caprice Holdings.
J Sheekey is our iconic seafood restaurant in the heart of theatre land in the West End providing the finest fish, oysters and shellfish to our guests. The restaurant is vibrant and lively attracting west end shoppers, theatre goers as well as the cast of the nearby theatres meaning that service is always fast paced. Open all day from noon our team deliver engaging, professional and charismatic service to make all our guests feel relaxed and comfortable.
As Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
Have a minimum of 1 years’ CDP or Demi CDP experience in a high quality restaurant.
Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients.
Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Are motivated and looking to develop their career as a Chef.
