20 basic 25K OTE

I am recruiting for a membership sales consultant to work for a premium family focused health and fitness leisure club based in Newton Abbott, Devon. You will be responsible for promoting a range of memberships for this outstanding sporting, leisure and spa destination within the local area. The club sets the standard is the local area and has a fantastic local reputation which generates a significant amount of referrals and recommendations for the sales team.

• The role is ideally suited to someone who is genuinely passionate about fitness; you will need to be confident with both telephone and face to face sales techniques and thrive in a target driven environment.
• A self-starter, you will not be micro managed but will be given considerable autonomy on how you generate your leads and ongoing appointments.
• There will be some outreach whilst continuing to build existing partnerships and relationships in the local community.
• We are ideally looking for a minimum of 18 months experience working in sales, hospitality or front of house, you will be working a shift pattern throughout the week and on average 1 weekend in 2.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 20K there is monthly paid commission for hitting both new sales and retention targets whilst there are additional financial incentives for going above targets with 25K being highly achievable in your first year.
