Job Details

JOB PURPOSE
With support from the Lead UX Designer and collaboration from the wider Ecommerce team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience across our website and other digital platforms.

You will working closely with the Lead UX Designer and Ecommerce team to create wireframes and designs based on the requirements of internal stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design engaging, customer centric assets with wireframes and prototypes
• Develop user journeys and collaborate with the Ecommerce team using documentation tools like Miro
• Work with and adhere to brand guidelines
• Carry out usability and A/B testing
• Conduct user research including analysis of competitors
• Assist marketing and content teams with the creation and implementation of web assets like promotional banners and pages
• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties
• On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given

PERSON SPECIFICATION/SKILLS
• Ability to work collaboratively and articulate ideas and solutions to other team members
• Understanding of design principles
• Intermediate knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Acrobat)
• Basic knowledge of UX
• Good communicator
• Willingness to develop personally and learn about new technologies
• Good problem solving skills

Desirable

• Experience working with a CMS platform (Sitecore)
