- a successful track record in delivering in all aspects of effective restaurant management.

- Management experience and background within high profile, high volume bars & restaurants.

- a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities......

- You are required to build a team of top talent, leading and coaching them to look after your guests on every shift, every day

- You are an excellent communicator; your team is knowledgeable, focused and service driven.

- You delegate effectively and you follow through and finish tasks.

- Ensure all guests complaints are handled efficiently and professionally.

- Work and support the General Manager to ensure growth in the business.
