Head Chef - Bloomsbury
We are looking for a talented junior Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef, to establish a food offer at The Perseverance in Bloomsbury in conjunction with our Executive Chef.
The Perseverance is a charming pub in the backstreets of WC1, and our small menu will focus on delicious, fresh, seasonal food.
Applicants should have a love of food, and a proven track record in delivering dishes in a time-pressured environment, whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and margin control.
