The Breakfast Club is a career and a place of opportunity. Yes - you may have stumbled into hospitality - didn’t everyone? But we truly believe that hospitality is the world’s best kept secret, and we believe in doing the simple things well.

We are extremely proud of promoting from within. 90%+ of our senior cafe positions are occupied by people who have grown through the business. And there are numerous examples of people over the years in head office roles who ‘stumbled’ into hospitality through our cafes to become marketeers, directors, community champions and entrepreneurs.

Our menu is more varied than the mighty bacon roll but the principle is the same - comfort food. We make warm fuzzy feeling in the pit of your stomach food. We make good food. It’s our take on where the great British caf meets the iconic American Diner.

We’re looking for a House Manager who believes in the power of people and food to make someone’s day. You need to be the heartbeat of your Caf, assisting in directing everything that goes into a plate of food from standards and efficiency to your team’s happiness.

You’ll be comfortable and confident with the financial responsibilities associated with running a professional business. Able to work to a process, you’ll have the ability to continually deliver high quality service and food in any environment whilst ensuring that the effort invested by you and your team is profitable.
