Introduction to the Swansea Marriott Hotel

The Role Itself and the Duties Involved
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our F&B department for a Casual Food and Beverage associate. The role itself is a casual position and you will be expected to be flexible to the business needs.
Main Duties Include:
- Serving and attending to guests needs, whether it be on the bar or in the restaurant area.
- Communicating with the kitchen department to ensure effective service is delivered to our guests.
- Following management and supervisor's suggestions to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Maintaining hygiene standards.
- Following brand standards.
Qualifications and Skills
There are a range of qualifications, skills and characteristics we are looking for to successfully fill this role. These include:
- Experience of a busy hospitality environment is not essential but is desired.
- Strong communication skills with a good level of English.
- Customer service orientation.
- Team work ethic.
