The role you play

• Your focus as a Guest Host is to provide tailored service to our guests and our team

• You personally welcome our guests and host them throughout their visit

• You create a sense of belonging and a home from home.

How you do it

 You see that our guests have a comfortable stay through ensuring your teams have linen and amenities where and when they are needed, proactively connecting with them and taking ownership for the guest experience.   You take pride in your Holmes Hotel London and advise our guests of whom we are and what we do, including our drinking and eating options and room types, and make suggestions to suit their needs.  You know the stories and take pride in our neighborhood, you delight in discovery while advising our guests of where to go and what to do.

We are looking for a Guest Host

• Who are good to be around and proud of what you do, you enjoy doing this and it shows

• Who are curious about people and their needs and are confident to deliver
• Who are able to work well with others throughout the Hotel to get the job done

• Who are calm and composed and able to reflect our style and image
