Your responsibilities

• You will work as part of our bar team to run a smooth service that makes guests want to return and recommend us to friends.

• You will always have a smile and warm welcome for guests – and you will respond quickly to take orders and serve/deliver drinks.

• We want you to share your passion and the enthusiasm to talk through drink lists, provide advice and upsell where you see the opportunity.

• You will aim to personalise the experience for different bar guests – understanding when customers want advice or guidance, or just a swift and friendly service.

What we are looking for

• You are proactive: you know how to ask the right questions to guide guests to their perfect drinks choice. You will also have ideas and suggestions for how we can run an even better bar operation.

• You engage positively: you enjoy interacting with guests and making them feel welcomed and valued. You bring the same positive attitude to working with colleagues.

• You are flexible: you will be comfortable with multi-tasking and happy to help out colleagues with wider tasks when required.

• You are a creator: you know what makes a great bar experience and how to create an atmosphere that guests love.

• You are a team worker: you build effective relationships with colleagues and enjoy working in a team to deal with orders promptly and keep every guest happy.
