• Work as a lead member of the marketing services team and the wider marketing team to drive holiday sales targets and retail targets through marketing.
• Provide marketing support to the wider business aimed at delivering exceptional customer and colleague experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the parks and other internal departments in the support of marketing requests to ensure timely, effective, on brand communications –across a range of media including print and online.
• Manage day to day relationships with key production and creative partners.
• Project manage marketing support required for new initiatives, including the production of a range of promotional materials such as menus, activity guides, signage, POS, liaising with the wider marketing team to develop integrated messaging across all channels
• Assist internal teams with any marketing collateral requirements.
• Assist with any other marketing activities required by the Marketing Manager and lead the team in their absence.
• Gather, analyse and interpret continuous intelligence including industry trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure your behaviour and that of others reflects the company values.
• Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.
• Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values through the effective use of various tools such as internal training.
• On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.

• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.

 

• Appropriate degree or professional qualification and a proven experience in busy marketing department
• 3+ years marketing experience
• Knowledge of effective POS and print buying experience
• A keen eye for design and ability to create artwork that’s on brand and meets objectives
• Experience of working with agencies
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Good commercial awareness
• Strong team player
• Passionate about improving customer experiences
• Good relationship skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and days.
• Driving licence as UK travel required.
