Kings Fitness & Leisure are looking for a Full Time Duty Manager/Membership Advisor, with the responsibility of working with the Sales Manager to achieve Membership and Sales Targets and Administration.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated individual wishing to pursue a career in the Leisure Industry. They should have a ‘can do’ attitude and willing to work out of their comfort zone, being the Keyholder at our thriving Leisure Club. This person will be a decision maker in the management team, supervising all staff on duty, all activities and ensure the effective operation and safety of the centre whilst undertaking the key hold shift role. Responsible for the efficient and effective control of the day to day operations and service of the centre, ensuring that security, general cleanliness, customer supervision, equipment and building checks are maintained. General Health & Safety and pool safety. Excellent sales and customer service, working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure sales targets are met.

What do I need to succeed?

• A proven track record and previous supervisory experience in a leisure centre
• NPLQ
• Pool Plant Certificate (desired).
• Full Working Flexibility (7 days a week, 5.30am -10.30pm)
