Description:

Our Waiters are the rockstars of our hotel! Entrusted with the smooth provision of Food & Beverage services. Though skilfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable experience for all guests by managing and anticipating guest expectations by providing personalized service including the use of guest name.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Waiters must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
  • Be knowledgeable of all the food and beverage products served within the outlet you are working and be able to communicate offerings to our guests including seasonal menus, beverages and special dietary requirements.
  • Provide a five star service throughout a guests dining experience
  • Run the station/allocated area according to Coworth Park standards
  • Responsible for delivery of high quality, consistent and timely Food & Beverage service 
  • Assist with the running of a private events as required within the outlet you work in
  • Operate point of sales system as required
  • Maximize sales through effective use of upselling techniques

  • Be knowledgeable of all the food and beverage products in the Drawing Room and be able to communicate offerings to our guests including seasonal menus, beverages and special dietary requirements.
  • In a fast-moving world, we remain consistent and relevant, requiring flexibility from everyone on the team.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our Waiters must feel comfortable communicating in this language.  
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel is beneficial but not essential
