Your role as our Senior Team Leader will include, but is not limited to:

• Ensuring standards are always maintained throughout the centre, delivering great customer service to all of our customers

• Supporting with team inductions and training

• Organising and delivering incentives with the team

• Completing 121’s with team members to support with their development

• Interacting with our customers across the centre to ensure they are having an enjoyable experience

• Enhancing the customer experience

• Supporting the managers in the cashing up and banking
