About us.

Frasers Group started as a small store in Maidenhead in 1982 and from there, grew to become a global powerhouse. We are now a collection of the world’s most iconic brands.

We’re reimagining retail and believe the higher the risk, the greater the reward. We’ve never been afraid to push forward and change the way the industry operates, diversifying our portfolio and elevating stores. We’re not sitting back – there’s no room for hesitation.

The Opportunity.

The Warehouse IT Delivery Manager role is a key combination of Agile product ownership, business relationship management and requirements analysis.

This role would suit someone who has a strong background in warehouse process and technology, specifically working in a delivery environment where there are multiple priorities to be managed.
Acting as the front door to the Warehouse development team, this role will be pivotal in maintaining an agile approach to getting work prioritised, sequenced and delivered iteratively. This will include accommodating multi-faceted digital projects, 3rd party system and data integrations, as well as the day to day ‘business as usual’ requests which help us to keep the lights bright.

You will act as a key negotiator when it comes to prioritising jobs to be done. You will need to be able to understand and articulate the value of the work in the team backlog. Helping business stakeholders to articulate and document their requirements will be fundamental to helping us unleash the value of their ideas.

You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the work flowing through the team. You will provide indicative delivery dates based on team performance metrics and the complexity of work in the backlog. You will also be the escalation point for blockages that the team are unable to resolve themselves.

You will have significant experience of the following:

  • Warehouse operating processes
  • Product ownership/product management
  • Reporting progress of development work to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lean flow
  • Value-based prioritisation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Agile product development practices
  • User story mapping
  • Requirements engineering
  • Triaging ‘business as usual’ tickets/change requests
  • Managing dependencies between projects, development teams and business units

You will have good experience of the following:

  • Scrum
  • Kanban
  • Product road mapping
  • Managing 3rd party relationships

It would be great if you also have experience of:

  • Azure DevOps
  • PowerBI
  • HighJump WMS

An opportunity like this at Frasers Group is for the fearless. The potential is massive, the experience unrivalled. To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles - you will:
• Think without limits and take the team with you
• Own it and back it
• Not hesitate and act with purpose
• Be commercial and customer focused.
