Nuffield Health is Britain's largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join us as an Assistant Programme Director in our onsite corporate London, Fitness & Wellbeing Gym and play your part in building a healthier nation.

Operating in a prestigious corporate environment, you are responsible for assisting overall performance and strategic direction for the fitness and Wellbeing centre. As an Assistant Programmer Director you will be responsible for;

  • Operational management of the Fitness & Wellbeing Facility
  • Health & Safety responsibility for the site
  • Facility Budget, to Profit & Loss, to recruitment and development
  • Helping to shape the Client Wellbeing agenda - attending meetings, developing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met
  • Marketing, retention and membership management
  • Support and leadership of Client Services and Fitness team
  • Preparation of reports and presentations including monthly contract reviews
  • Event management and facilitation
  • Membership promotions and outreach
  • Support the Programme Director in all areas of operations including Client meeting

The Person

To succeed as an Assistant Programme Director you will have;

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness and proven track record of achieving targets
  • Sound industry experience and a true passion for Fitness and Wellness
  • A strong fitness background with significant experience working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment
  • Managerial level experience
  • Advanced IT skills
  • A strong personality and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Dynamic and forward thinking
  • Strong process management skills and a natural leader
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Ability to assimilate data with sound presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels

Salary - Competitive

Full-time,40 hours per week
