To bring fun, friendliness and that Fridays feeling we need amazing people to join our team. We're now looking for a brilliant and passionate Digital Designer - have you got what it takes?

We are looking for a digitally focused designer who is a self-starter with creative flair, high energy and real attention to detail to help accelerate our brand reset and digital transformation journey with Fridays. The role will be home based but we intend to provide flexible working within a creative space/hub in London alongside our other creative talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver stand out digital assets that consistently celebrates 'That Fridays Feeling' to support business objectives within the guidelines of the Brand Book.
  • Review, test and optimise UX journeys across our website, emails and loyalty app.
  • Work closely with external developers, agencies and internal team members to execute UX findings and enhancements.
  • Conduct usability testing for our digital platforms.
  • Adjust supplied assets to suit specific digital channel requirements.
  • Analyse datasets to provide actionable insights and support with QA on web deployments.
  • Work closely with our CRM manager to create effective templates for emails and landing pages.
  • Manage and execute digital production schedule to ensure relevant range of current digital assets.
  • Brief Content Creator and Brand team on any specific image requirements for any photo and video shoots to enhance UX

About You

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong experience and background in a client and/or agency role.
  • Excellent time and stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to execute multiple briefs from multiple stakeholders to agreed deadlines while managing expectations.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS is essential and ability to create responsive HTML email templates is desirable.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is not essential but beneficial.
  • Experience with organizing and constructing usability testing.
  • Experience using Google Analytics & digital analytics platforms is desirable.
  • Experience working across multiple digital channels including emails, social media channels, websites & loyalty app.
  • Experience with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Xd and the Adobe Creative Suite of creative applications particularly - Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
  • Experience working with animation and motion graphics.
