You will need to be an enthusiastic leader, commercially astute and focused on delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.  

You will have experience of operating within a similar environment and be able to demonstrate high level people management and communication skills and a consistent delivery of business targets and KPI's.

About the role

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Leisure Club, you will be ultimately responsible for the performance of the business. This includes the management of the team, ensuring that facilities are to required standards and that first-rate customer service is provided to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a team of front-line staff to deliver a 5-star experience to their members and guests every day.
  • Manage the sales system to ensure that we continue to grow the membership base.
  • Manage the spa diary to ensure you maximise therapist efficiency.
  • Work with all key 3rd parties to ensure we maximise bookings.
  • Full financial accountability in working to achieve agreed budgets.
  • Ensure the property is well maintained, clean and safe at all times.
  • Support the wider business on relevant projects.

About You:

  • Well groomed, highly personable, and professional with outstanding communication skills.
  • Customer facing and strategic approach to management with an ownership mentality and entrepreneurial flair.
  • You may have previous spa management experience or have worked as a Senior Therapist and now ready for your first management role.
  • A demonstrable passion for spa and fitness.
  • Pool Plant Operators certificate and Pool Responder would be advantageous.
