As a Frasers Group Beauty Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the beauty business within the store. You will lead and support the development of a team of Frasers Group beauty advisors and beauty brand consultants with focus on delivering an elevated level of service and customer experience. You will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit to maximise all commercial opportunities. You will also take ownership of all operational aspects of beauty.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include…
Customer Service

  • Responsible for the delivery of a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in beauty
  • Create a team ethos to achieve all KPIs – sales, service, loyalty, operational compliance, stock loss
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and beauty trends
  • Self-driven to develop and maintain your own product knowledge of all beauty products using brand and store product information, education materials and attending all training as required
  • Strategically drive customer loyalty
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events in conjunction with the store and brands
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and housekeeping standards and protect the DNA of each brand
  • Maintain exceptional levels of personal grooming with adherence to company grooming policy and guidelines at all times
  • Support with planning and preparation for stock counts and other operational duties
  • Positively promote company and brand image at all times
  • Lead by example to motivate, support and coach the team
  • Support the store management team
  • Develop strong relationships with brand education, area and regional representatives
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Champion our company culture and values

Operational Excellence

  • Rota and zoning planning
  • Team training and education in conjunction with brands and the Frasers Group Sales and Education team
  • Onboarding of new advisors
  • Conduct final interviews for all key positions and store approvals for brand consultants
  • Complete performance reviews for the teams
  • Participate in the management of performance management situations within the team and support brands with where appropriate
  • Identify talent within the team and effectively succession plan

Experience Required…

Whilst demonstrated beauty management experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are passionate about the industry with extensive experience within luxury or trend based retail in a similar volume store
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
