The Fox & Hounds is a busy pub-restaurant and as its popularity keeps on growing, it is fast becoming a destination for dining on the Wirral. We pride ourselves on our   constantly evolving menu of fresh, local, interesting dishes and are well known for our great range of beers, local ales and quality wines.

This increased popularity means our team needs to grow as well.  We are currently looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE to assist in our busy kitchen and further strengthen the team.

Our menus reflect our passion for food, and we prepare everything in house to a high standard using fresh and local produce. This is an excellent opportunity for any chef looking for a progressive and challenging role.

PAY

Dependent on experience + generous tips + employee discounts and company benefits

HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time and permanent position.  Shifts will vary but will include evenings and weekends.

The Fox is run by the Stange & Co pub group.  We are an expanding family company that puts our teams first, we realise it’s our teams and their hard work that make our pubs successful and we like to look after our teams and reward them for their hard work.  We don’t open for food on Christmas Day, so you’ll be able to enjoy it with your family or in someone else’s pub! Even the odd weekend off now and then, isn’t out the question.
