Assistant Restaurant Manager  - THE PIG at Harlyn Bay, Cornwall 

We are currently looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our friendly Restaurant team.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG.

Do you fancy working with a daily changing menu dedicated to ingredients grown on site?

Are you passionate towards offering fresh produce and supporting local suppliers?

At THE PIG we do just that.  We pride ourselves of creating a culture focused on family, fun and community. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will bring this together by helping lead and drive the daily operations of the restaurant service.

We are seeking for a good communicator, someone with people skills and the confidence to maintain an informal and accessible approach to all. Ideally, you will have previous Assistant Restaurant Management experience, or exposure to a similar role.
