The Role
You will support the smooth running of our reception. As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist you will;

Help us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.

Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the club.

Give a warm welcome and answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.

Answer the phone, dealing with enquiries and signing up new members.

Assist with Sports Hall setups.

Crucially, you will also help the department run smoothly by managing bookings for our pitches, handing out keys to sports clubs and contractors, plus directing students to relevant classrooms.
The Person
To succeed as a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist you will;

Have great communication skills, whether face-to-face or on the phone. You will have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.

Be self-motivated, with plenty of initiative. You also have experience of delivering great service.

Ideally, you will have experience of working within Sport administration or a relevant reception environment.

Good IT and keyboard skills.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
