Conference & Events Administrator - Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, Nantwich Cheshire
Temporary Maternity Cover 9 - 12 Months starting in June 2021

Are you looking for a Full Time administration role in the local area? Do you have an interest in events and hospitality? 

If you have administration experience, excellent attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, this might be the role for you. It may also suit an Events management graduate looking for experience in the industry. 

As the Conference & Events Administrator you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support the Sales & Events team. You will be confident and able to support with show rounds of the property, co-ordinating smaller events with short lead times and social media activity. 

This role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include weekends on a rota basis. Shifts are rota'd between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm with occasional evening shifts for planned wedding show case events..

About you:

• You have experience in a similar role or an Events management qualification
• Your passionate about hospitality, sales and events
• You have excellent attention to detail and be confident using computerised systems
• You will have high standards of personal presentation able to confidently represent the Hotel and its high standards
• You have the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a friendly, warm genuine and approachable manner
