The first role sits within the high growth Confectionery category and you will be tasked with a diverse and challenging product portfolio. The second role sits within the high growth Impulse Grocery category and you will be tasked with a diverse and challenging product portfolio across Crisps & Snacks.  

Both of these roles are a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to commercial teams and to engage colleagues across the business to land an integrated, best in class customer offer. 

Your Role 

As a Buyer, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and with internal stakeholders alike in order to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L. 

You will negotiate and deliver business plans as well as understand customers and implement strategies that meets their needs. 

You will also need to understand, track & negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost to serve programmes with suppliers to ensure great value for our customers. 

About you 

Previous experience working as a Buying Assistant or a Buyer. Strong commercial awareness and being highly numerate A strong understanding of customer requirements, market trends and competitors
