As Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on, lead by example Manager, knowledgeable about all departments within the hotel, proactive in your management style and skilled at leading and motivating the team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator, having worked in 4* or 5* properties with extensive food and beverage operations.
