We are recruiting for a talented and creative Director of F&B Marketing to oversee the marketing and communications of our highly successful London restaurants and bars. Encompassing The Coral Room, Dalloway Terrace and The Bloomsbury Club Bar at The Bloomsbury Hotel, 108 Brasserie & Bar at The Marylebone and Townhouse and K Bar at The Kensington, this role requires a creative thinker with excellent knowledge of the London restaurant scene. Our restaurants operate as stand alone outlets within their own neighbourhoods, yet are also very much part of the hotel and the Doyle Collection story.

You will be responsible to deliver the marketing strategy for the London hotels Food & Beverage outlets in line with the Doyle Collection vision. The hotel's F&B marketing communications strategy includes partnerships, advertising, promotions, outlet positioning, public relations, website, social media, digital and printed collateral.

As a Director of F&B Marketing you will in partnership with the wider Marketing team, Hotel Management and Operations Team to maintain and maximise the relationship the Doyle Collection brand PR agency. You will create marketing plans for the hotels restaurants & bars and manage all affiliations, partnerships and website listings along with associated promotional activity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous F&B marketing role and great understanding of social and digital marketing, experience of managing website CMS partnerships and have a passion for Food and Beverage.
