The venue?

Coqbull originated in Ireland 7 years ago and has now landed in London in the heart of Soho. Right off Piccadilly Circus, spread over 4 floors including a stunning roof terrace, it’s THE new hangout in Soho. Serving the best burgers, rotisserie chicken & cocktails – it is fun, loud, daring and a little naughty… and best of all, customers will always want to come back for more!

This role is not for the faint-of-heart! There will be lots of stairs and it will be fast-paced, but if you are looking for a fun and challenging new role, then keep on reading.

The role?

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager with banter and personality, who can lead the bar team to success. Our future Bar Manager will be creative, full of energy, love people and is a whizz with cocktails, stocks and ordering. You will support the General Manager and work with the wider management team to develop and train your teams, as well as provide outstanding customer experiences. You should have high end cocktail knowledge with a passion for menu development and team training. You will hit the ground running with your confidence and big personality and enjoy working at a fast pace with a lively and enthusiastic team.

Requirements?

Ideal candidates must be outgoing and simply love Hospitality – have the fire in your belly!

• Must have strong cocktail knowledge
