The East London Pub Co was founded in 2014. Our mission is to produce character rich spaces build on traditional values offering a modern-day gastronomy experience. With currently 5 venues and our 6th one opening soon, we are rapidly growing with a lot of opportunities for growth and progression.

The venue?

The Gun, Spitalfields & Coqbull Spitalfields, our newest venue. The Gun serves high end drinks & tantalising food with incredible table service and beautiful décor throughout. Coqbull Spitalfields is the second site of the Coqbull brand to open in London. It’s loud, daring and a lot of fun! Known for serving the best burgers, chicken and cocktails! We are looking for Floor Managers to join us at both sites.

The role?

We are looking for experienced and confident Floor Managers that love people, have incredibly high standards and a passion for hospitality. You must be a strong team player, able to train and motivate our junior talent. Your day to day will be a combination of helping the GM in the daily operation as well as training the team, maintaining high standards and schmoozing our wonderful guests.

We want our customers to receive the best service, the best drinks, and the best chat!

Requirements?

Ideal candidates must be outgoing and simply love Hospitality – have the fire in your belly!

• Outgoing & positive personality
• Proven experience in working in high volume bars & restaurants
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Strong wine and cocktail knowledge (WSET of advantage)
• Loves training teams and maintaining high standards
• Hunger to grow and progress their career
• Very detail orientated
• Be a team player with strong ethics
