Experience
Qualified beauty Therapist. NVQ 3 minimum
Minimum 2 years H&B experience.
Supervisory experience of a therapist team.
Skills and Knowledge

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Financial Performance
To support with driving the Spa revenue and profit targets
To deliver the key performance metrics'. Therapist utilization, room occupancy,
retail % of sales, labour %, income per hour
Maximise Spa revenue and profit by delivering quality products and service
Management of stock security and minimize loss via stock management systems, stock requisition procedures and stock count
All Marriott policies on cash, key and all controls are adhered to and followed consistently.
Operational Standards
Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place within the Spa
Deliver the recognised Marriott Spa journey for all clients
Effectively manage the Therapist team and the treatment range offered by the Spa
Maintain data integrity of electronic stock control system, point of sale and spa scheduling systems
Conduct all Marriott Spa audits and check lists
Prepare reports and provide performance information
Attend all Hotel meetings as required
Deliver Treatments to Marriott Standard.
Sales & Marketing
Support with creating and the delivery of an effective sales and marketing calendar for the year, broken down into key promotional activities by month
Utilise targets and commission structures to increase sales and profit
Training & Development
Ensure all Therapists are trained effectively to meet the required standards of the H&B industry, inclusive of hotel training requirements
Develop both formal and informal communication channels between the Spa team, ensuring performance targets and commission structures are in place
H&S
Proactively support the Health and Safety Policy of the Hotel in conjunction with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
Ensure compliance to (COSHH) Regulations 1988 and maintain your department COSHH Register.
Comply with the Fire Safety Policy of the hotel.
Ensure safe working practices are adhered to and Risk Assessments completed
