Our Food & Beverage teams play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our guests who eat and drink in our venues. Your positive approach and manner means our guests have a seamless and hassle free experience at all times.

We are currently seeking Bar and Restaurant Assistants to join us at Lizard Point Holiday Park.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the bar ready for service to provide customers with the very best experience every time.
• Serving all beverages in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy.
• Taking payment for all drinks and ancillary items and issue a receipt.
• Ensuring minimum waste and report any excess waste to the Manager or Supervisor.
• Stocking up shelves and fridges as advised by the Manager and Supervisor.
• Serving only over 18’s and if any doubt ask for ID.

The successful Person will:

• Be friendly & approachable.
• Ideally have experience of working in a busy bar.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
• Have a team player approach and happy to get stuck in when and where the need arises.
