The College Arms is a beautiful pub located at the heart of Hartford Heath. It presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic operator with an extensive experience of running a large destination pub.

The pub has a large trading space with central bar, dining & function space all served by a large catering kitchen. It also boasts a stunning garden & sun terrace, along with plenty of parking spaces.

We have exciting plans to invest in this pub including a full makeover internally & externally, including a new back bar creating more covers & creating an indoor/outdoor covered space.

Our ideal operator will have a passion for providing an excellent guest experience, from creating a warm, welcoming environment to maintaining great standards throughout. This passion will inspire and lead a team with a focus on training and developing their unique hospitality skills, whether that be pouring the perfect pint, delivering effortless service or building long-lasting relationships with guests.

The College Arms comes with a spacious 5 room domestic accommodation, allowing our partners to immerse themselves in community life.
