Location:  Bath

We are looking for a for a Pan Asian Head Chef who is passionate about each and every dish they send out, ensuring they are served and presented with the highest attention to detail; someone who is a born leader and receives great pleasure in training and developing their team.

Responsibilities:

- A creative background in Asian cuisine (South East Asia, China and Japan)

- Full kitchen management to ensure the smooth running of service

- Compliance with all food legislation

- Conduct stock takes and follow reporting and ordering processed

- Work effectively with the management team to deliver high levels of standards and performance

Requirements:

- Great personality and drive

- Motivation and passion

- A ‘hands on’ approach and leading the kitchen team from the front

- Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards in timely manner

- Passion and care for your team to drive their progression and build

- Desire to work closely with the management team to lead our vision

- Experience in similar position

-  Have eligibility to live and work in UK

- Application for Settled Status must be in progress or already granted/given from the UK government
