NEW OPENING - THE PIG in the South Downs, West Sussex
We are delighted to start the search for our Chef Apprentices at the soon to open – THE PIG in the South Downs.
Our award-winning Chef Apprenticeship Programme provides budding chefs of any age with an accredited training pathway which will enable you to develop unique knowledge and skills.
As a Chef Apprentice you will get to experience all the things that make THE PIG’s unique, from craft training to Bee keeping, foraging, smoking and curing meats!
Our Chef Apprentices experience working on all sections of the kitchen gaining a full understanding of the day to day operations of a popular kitchen. Outside of the kitchen our Chef Apprentices take part in supplier visits and great days out such as bread making classes with master bakers, chocolatery courses with top chocolatier’s and cheese making at local dairies!

New Opening Information: THE PIG in the South Downs is due to open its doors to our guests later this summer. Recruitment will be taking place between May - August with anticipated start dates in August.
