We are delighted to start the search for our Pastry Chef at the soon to open – THE PIG in the South Downs.
A Pastry Chef at THE PIG delivers a daily changing menu influenced by our kitchen garden and fresh produce locally sourced within a 25mile radius. Our Pastry Chefs are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
On a day to day basis, you will be provided with guidance and support by our Senior Pastry Chef to provide a speedy and quality service from our pastry section.
Experience as a Pastry Chef or within a similar role is preferred, along with the ambition for personal development and progression within the kitchen.

New Opening Information: Due to open its doors to our guests late this summer, recruitment for THE PIG in the South Downs will take place between May - August with anticipated start dates in August.
