Senior Chef de Partie - West Sussex

NEW OPENING - THE PIG in the South Downs

We are pleased to be starting our search for a Senior Chef de Partie for our soon to open hotel - THE PIG in the South Downs. 

A Senior Chef de Partie role at The PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and can change on an daily basis. This will be challenging to create new dishes, but very rewarding allowing you to use your creative flair.

As a Senior Chef de Partie you will have a Commis Chef and a Chef de Partie on the section with you to oversee and manage so good communication skills are essential.

Experience in a similar role, and exposure to a busy kitchen is essential. 

New Opening Information: Due to open its doors to our guests late this summer, recruitment for THE PIG in the South Downs will take place between May - August with anticipated start dates in August.
