This stylish hotel boasts 228 modern bedrooms along with our Steam, Bake and Grill Restaurant, 5 conference rooms that can cater up to 350 delegates and the Warrington Health & Leisure centre. The Hotel offers a 24-hour check in service and due to high demand, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist on to the team.
As Receptionist, you will be required to;
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
- Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Conduct cash handling and balancing floats.
- Answer telephones and taking messages.
The successful candidate will be flexible, organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Experience in similar role is desired but not essential.
This position offers weekly pay and is available on full-time & part-time basis. Shifts for this position are from 7am-3pm and from 3pm-11pm.
