The Grand Scarborough boasts 413 classically-styled bedrooms and offers a 24-hour Front Desk due to the Hotel’s popularity and location. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist on to the team. 

As Night Receptionist, you will be required to;

• Check guests in and out.
• Run the Nights Audit.
• Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
• Deal with any guest requests.
• Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
• Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Complete nights cleaning checklist.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
