Assistant Bar Manager - Arundel

NEW OPENING - THE PIG in the South Downs, West Sussex

We are delighted to start the search for our Assistant Bar Manager at the soon to open – THE PIG in the South Downs.

Our bar at THE PIG is like no other - our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

As Assistant Bar Manager you will be supporting the effective operation of the bar areas. You will support the Bar Manager by developing the skills of the team. You will need to monitor their progress and creative flair both behind the bar and on the floor.

Our Assistant Bar Manager must be confident, and driven to provide a quality, yet relaxed style of service.

Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager, or similar is preferred, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills of mixing modern twists.

THE PIG’s are an inspiring, exciting and fun place to work.

New Opening Information: Due to open its doors to our guests late this summer, recruitment for THE PIG in the South Downs will take place between May - August, with anticipated start dates in August. We are holding a recruitment open day at the Arundel Town Hall on Monday 7th June, 10am - 3pm. Feel free to pop along, say hello and learn a bit more about THE PIG. We would love to see you there.
