NEW OPENING: THE PIG in the South Downs, West Sussex
We are delighted to start the search for our Trainee Sommelier at the soon to open – THE PIG in the South Downs.
As a Trainee Sommelier at THE PIG you will be working in our busy restaurant providing high quality wines to our lunch and dinner guests. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in wine and spirits and drive towards developing your service skills.
Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided. Passion towards wines & spirits is a must. For the right candidate we will support you through WSET qualifications.

New Opening Information: THE PIG in the South Downs is due to open its doors to our guests late this summer. Recruitment will take place between May-August with anticipated start dates in August.
