Job Details

As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include: -

  • Engaging with customers across all mediums of communications via social, trip and other review platforms to deliver a consistent brand message
  • Meeting required service levels and standards in terms of workload on a daily basis
  • Handling all customer contacts which range from general enquires through to effective first-time resolution of any issues or complaints
  • Responsible for daily tasks within the service function including logging of contacts, complaints, administration, filing, recording of white mail and raising/closing processes relating to refunds

The successful candidate will: -

  • Be passionate about delivering a high-quality work and confident in working within targets and service levels
  • Demonstrate success in a customer focused environment with required level of key IT skills
  • Have proven customer communication skills, working effectively to resolve customer queries in a professional manner
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be confident in approach to escalation and resolution with the customer and senior managers
