In search for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our leading Kitchen Team!
The ideal Senior Sous Chef has:
- Previous relevant experience within luxury restaurants/hotels would be a distinct advantage;
- Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
- Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently;
- Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team;
- Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation as well as menu development;
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
