As our Pastry Chef you will lead a team of Pastry CDP's and Commis Chefs in the Kitchen to head up the Pastry kitchen of our luxury London hotel. With an award-winning afternoon tea on offer, we are looking for a flexible and dedicated senior Chef who enjoys working as part of a team.

Within this role, you will be tasked with delivering fine dining style plated desserts for lunch and dinner, an elegant afternoon tea service, as well as conference and events catering. In addition to the day to day responsibilities within the pastry kitchen, you will take on afternoon tea menu development as a project to develop further in 2020.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and bright individual with strong organisational skills, and a real passion for fresh and seasonal products. Our ideal candidate will currently be working in a rosette or Michelin star restaurant or with a Hotel background.
